One ticket per person for entry into one of the best preserved & complete fortresses in the UK, Skipton Castle. Dating back to the 11th century, the castle boasts a rich history. Learn about this whilst exploring the towers, banqueting hall, dungeons & more (open every day from 10am)
PLUS, in 2025, guests who book this package also have the opportunity to ADD ON a 1 hour cruise on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal courtesy of Skipton Boat Trips. This 60 minutes of scenic rib tickling escapism is led by recorded commentary courtesy of award-winning comedian Dave Spikey from Phoenix Nights. Enjoy points of interest and fascinating stories of how the canal delivered the lifeblood of the industrial revolution through Yorkshire. The tours operate daily between March and October and 10% discounted rates of adults (13+ years) £9, seniors (65 + years) and children (1-12) can be booked via the link below. Please note tickets MUST be purchased in advance and are subject to availability. The tours depart from Waterside Court, right in the heart of the town centre and just a short walk from Skipton Castle. Dogs are welcome onboard.
